Shipping, Payment Methods and Returns
Items are shipped 24-48 hours after cleared funds. Please note items placed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched on the next working day.
UK standard delivery is FREE allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
UK standard 1st class delivery £1.99 allow 1-2 working days delivery.
UK Special next day delivery is £4.99 and is delivered by 1pm next working day after dispatch. To be dispatched the same day your items need to be ordered before 1pm
Standard International delivery is £6.99 and takes 7-14 working days for delivery.
Please not these times may vary depending on public holidays and customs.
International customers will be responsible for all duties and taxes according to their country. Delivery depends on your selected country and depending on the handling with customs.
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 28 days of your purchase.
1. Please email email@example.com to request a refund and we will assign you a return number and return address.
2. Include in your package please include a note stating your order number, assigned return number and the reason for your return.
Some items cannot be returned if they are opened. These include Earring for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns, and made to measure items cannot be return or exchanged.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEE
We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order and buyers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is faulty.
If your item is in new condition, you may exchange your item for a different item, size or colour. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.

Please note if you do not have a PayPal account PayPal can still process your payment safely, easily and for free.
Stripe lets customers pay with credit cards seamlessly at checkout.
Turnaround: All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class Royal mail will not have tracking numbers.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
